HRP Construction, LLC., serves as the construction arm of HRP Residential. We provide commercial construction services for multi-family developments, serving as General Contractors for HRP Construction projects and supervising all HRP Residential endeavors. We know that the communities we build will soon be where our residents live their lives, so we take great care during each stage of the construction process. From site selection to the final punch, we treat each community we deliver as if it were going to be our family's home.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
When serving as GC, we oversee every aspect of the construction process, whether it's reviewing plans, identifying and engaging with the right subs for each project, managing and monitoring the day-to-day progress on site, or walking the community for final delivery. Our job is to bring the vision of each new community to life.
FINAL DELIVERY
We want our residents to be proud of their new homes. It is where they find rest after a hard day's work. It is where meals are enjoyed with neighbors. It is where families are raised. SAGE NORTH
SAGE NORTH is a 212-unit multi-family community currently in construction in White House, Tennessee. HRP Construction serves as GC for this project, with a tentative opening of summer 2023.
